We have seen most of these type of errors in Wi-fi, LAN card network connections " Identifying" or No internet Access. The cause of this error is the computer not getting assign IP address by the modem. So at that time we have to do for solving this problem
Open Internet Explorer
Tools > Internet Options > Connection > LAN Settings
Remove tick mark on proxy server.
and then
Open CMD prompt from the start Menu
Note: in windows 7 or 8 operating systems CMD must be Run as Administrator.
In Command prompt enter the below commands
- netsh winsock reset
- netsh int ipv4 reset
Run the above commands one by one..
Problem solved..............
Method 2:
Uninstall and reinstall the network adapter drivers.
Follow these steps:
b. Expand “Network adapters”.
c. Right-click the connection and click “Uninstall”.
d. Follow the on-screen instructions.
e. Restart the computer, if prompted.
After restarting the computer, download and install the latest Windows 7 compatible network adapter drivers from the manufacturer’s website.
Method 3:
After some web research it appears that the issue is caused by “Bonjour” service which gets installed on the computer when installing QuickTime, iTunes or Adobe Photoshop.
Follow these steps:
a. Click “Start”.
b. Type “services.msc” in the Start search box and hit “Enter”.
c. Check if the following entry exists:
"##Id_String2.6844F930_1628_4223_B5CC_5BB94B87 9762 ##"
d. If it does, right-click the same and click “Properties”.
e. Under “Startup type”, select “Disabled”.
f. Click “Stop” to stop the service.
g. Click “Apply” and click “OK”.
Repeat the above steps for the “Bonjour” service, too.
Restart the computer and see if that fixes the issue.
Method 3*:
